Still haven't received a refund after paying for Microsoft Office 365 and getting login details that didn't work. Despite providing proof, all I received was a string of 'gobbledegook' messages that didn't address my complaint in any way. I suspect strongly that the 'customer service agents' are bots rather than real humans. Next stop the ombudsman. Don't use this 'company'.
