I've had adequate experiences in the past, but the most recent purchase of a windows 10 key caused issues. The key didn't work, I got in contact with their support after taking photos of the code denied screen, then purchased another code elsewhere as I was sorting out the computer for someone and it was time sensitive. After a lot of back and forth I was essentially told that my pictures needed to include things not initially requested in their "raise a query" process, and I couldn't obtain them due to purchasing the key and getting genuine windows elsewhere, so had no error screens. Despite all this being over £10 or so, they refused to understand where I was coming from and wouldn't refund me, only repeating that I needed to do something literally impossible to get it back. So I raised the query with PayPal and they went in my favour, and I was refunded thanks to PayPal and PayPal alone. I tried to do it the "right" way, but that didn't work. And now over a whopping £10 they've lost a customer for life. I've given them 2* rather than 1* because when things work, they're fine. But if it doesn't then don't expect much from their "support" team.
