Absolutely appalling company with atrocious customer service - I brought a code' which I waited 2 days for it to actually be sent by email?? It then didn't work on my computer and I requested a cancellation and a refund. Since then they have done nothing but send the same response and ignore my request to refund. In the end they said that if they could sell the unused code to someone else then I could have a store credit??. I will now go through PayPal for a refund and would definitely not recommend this bunch of money grabbing' unhelpful......
