Ordered a sample a week ago. Still waiting for it. How hard can it be to put a sample in the post on the day you get the request? Maybe because it was on a Friday and they don’t work Saturday or Sunday? Still taken 4 days from the Monday though. Bit of a joke and does not fill me with confidence to use the company for my order that I will need in 2 weeks time
