“In this day and age, I think we've all become conditioned to expect 'absolutley average' service as the norm, so it's refreshing when we're blown away by a great product backed up with great service.
My request for a sample pack was immediately sorted, accompanied by a friendly non-pushy email offering and back-up information I might need, plus links to online resources covering installation. Comparing the Cladco samples (plus the speed and condition in which they arrived) with their competitors, suggested that they might be a 'best value' choice.
When I placed my order, I immediatly received feedback that I should probbaly add another bag of fixings (based on number of boards ordered) which turned out to be good advice. Delivery arrived on their own transport, within seven days and the driver could not have been more helpful.
The product itself (Signature Solid boards) is very high quality and although a dense composite (which makes it quite heavy) it machines like wood - smooth sawcuts, can be planed and edges chamfered with sandpaper. I opted for the stainless steel fixings, which although a little fiddly and time-consuming, give a very smart finish.
So yes, 5/5 Cladco. Well impressed.”

“Products seem good although not all fitted yet. Delivery charge at £190 expensive given the order value was only about £500, however I understand its an overhead to them.
Delivery guy was very helpful.
Would have been a five star review but a delivery slot of 9am - 5pm is not helpful and not good enough these days. The delivery only had two orders on it so it would not have been too much to have been given a delivery window of say 2 hours. Also time from order to delivery was nine days and given I was informed 'Your Cladco order 609462 has been collected from us by our third-party haulage company today the 12/03/2026.
Our Third-party haulage company will then notify you of a delivery date within 2 – 3 working days, of your order leaving us.
Order received on 18th March so 6 days from collection to delivery seems poor.”

“Prices are quite reasonable but it’s when you go to the checkout and discover the extortionate delivery charge is when you realise the prices are not as cheap, £200 to deliver even if it’s just down the road is where they make their money back on cheaper product prices, purchased it elsewhere and had free delivery”

Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you found our product prices reasonable, but we’re sorry that the delivery charge came as a disappointment.
Our delivery costs reflect the size and weight of the materials we supply. Items such as decking, fencing and roofing sheets require specialist vehicles and trained drivers to ensure they’re transported safely, which unfortunately makes delivery more expensive than standard courier services, even over shorter distances.
For customers who wish to avoid delivery charges altogether, we do offer free collection from our depots in Okehampton and Andover, which can be a convenient alternative depending on your location.
