The ring I purchased was beautiful. The shopping experience and customer service were exceptional. Emails were responded to promptly and the person replying actually cares about you and getting you the best service possible. It is also wonderful getting claddagh rings made in Ireland by hand in the birthplace of the claddagh ring.
