I purchased a Claddagh ring for my girlfriend for Christmas back in December and I was highly impressed with how I was dealt with as a customer. I had input the wrong information by accident meaning my confirmation email was wrong. When I emailed to rectify this it was dealt with quickly and didn't hinder the process at all. My questions about delivery were all answering in a friendly and helpful manner and delivery itself was speedy considering the Christmas period was upon us!
