The ring was exactly as described and pictured and my wife loves it. What really stood out was the service, the staff being extremely helpful and accommodating when there was some confusion (on my part) as to the size required. When the ring arrived the size was perfect! Where I would like to see some improvement is in the packaging. The ring was quite expensive and I didn't think the basic cardboard gift box really did it justice.
