I was having trouble with my debit card making a purchase overseas. It was absolutely my fault. This morning I received two emails a confirmation of purchase email and a confirmation of shipment email. I misunderstood the two and Rachel who was my customer service rep was so patient and understanding and very timely with her emails. She was so understanding with the fact that I wanted to double, triple even quadruple check my order. The ring looks fantastic my girlfriend will love the surprise. Will definitely be using Claddagh Jewellers for any and all Jewelry needs!
