My husband lost his wedding ring that we had purchase from them several years ago. I emailed the company and to my surprise ha d a very pleasant reply in 2 days. I was able to replace the ring and received it the mail weeks sooner than I expected. Couldn't be more happy with the jewelry, customer service and delivery.
