I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong ring at Christmas. A lot of businesses will make you send it back instead of canceling order. I wrote them and they quickly cancelled order do I could order the correct ring. If they hadn’t it wouldn’t have got here in time for Christmas. She loved the Ring also. Great Company!
