After filling in numerous forms to begin with then the amount time it actually took to get any money back its not worth it all the grief and hassle as they do not leave you alone! I got back £76.00 on my claim and they wanted back £33.00 on that which is almost HALF, It was paid just to get rid of them was sick of the emails, letters I kept receiving from them. And they still claim I owe the £33.00 despite it being paid by another family member on my behalf some months ago, now we begin today with the legal action. They still are looking into another claim on my behalf they can keep it I am not interested and I have told as much which their reply was I will be still liable for charges. I dont think so. They are not getting another penny out of me.
