“Their commision is not taken from their final cheque so then they bill you but you do not receive their letters so end up with a CCJ or a high court visit demanding 10 times the original amount they say they requested by letter. They are a bad company avoid like the plague”
“Total scammers had my money through 4 years ago only to find out this morning by a bailiff I owe over £1,700. He said he had no details as to why only that claim easy had taken me to court and charges have been applied. Had to pay £1,000 there an then which has wiped us out financially. I have medical problems so I can't work including clinical depression I was also in a car crash in July this has finished me completely. Normal companies that charge take a fee before sending out what is owed. I wasn't told this. Total scammers 😪😪”

They give no evidence to back up their claims from the bank concerned and I’ve had no contact with any bank myself and when I ask for evidence they ignore me and keep sending letters there should be a law about such harassment .”
