“Will give them one star only, as they did manage to reclaim some money, however, they take 39% + vat, which is really greedy and had I known would never have gone with them. They don't advise you of this, it is on the letter, but took me a long time to see the tiny writing. The government have put a cap of 20% on fees, unfortunately as you unwittingly sign to say you give permission to find out if you are due any ppi you are also signing you agree to paying the extortionate fee. Also, they took the payment I made out my account twice !!, they are now hounding me to pay a separate one, even though you have 14 days to pay. They email you ring you, write to you text you. Don't use them. There are cheaper ones, or better still do it yourself.”
“This company have been representing me for over 12 months. There communication is dreadful!! I have constantly chased them to chase my ppi!!! The ombudsman have ruled in my favour for one of my claims in February, it is now June and claimeazy have still not chased this. Avoid this company and use someone else as claimeazy are completely useless”
“Please avoid this company they are rip off merchants, they take nearly half off any money they get back for you. They take a long time over a year I waited and I filled the forms in myself from the company I was claiming ppi from. They do nothing apart from getting ball rolling, they lose your forms time and time again. You have to pay there money or risk being taken to court. I wish I had read reviews first cos I would have found a better company.”
“If I could give less than one star I would give -100. This company is fraudulent. They harass me daily to pay them even though I never received any money and today a new one, they are taking me to court, over a payment I didnt make to them - as they never settled my case and I never received a penny. I have contacted the financial ombudsmen and suggest others do too.”
“I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO CHASE FOR PPI. “Lost papers I sent them 3 times. Spoke to one girl who was so rude. Still nothing. Sent papers again with copies of back up ppi details. Eventually I have been notified by the insurer of the claim amount. 35% plus VAT I don't think so! I will take it higher. Like many other people they are asking for settlement even though I haven't received it.”

“I seem to be another person swindled by their high percentage cut. I know I wasn't told it was 35% plus VAT (I remember it being 20%) but signed so many forms, most were 'if anything has changed tell us, if not sign and return', so have inadvertently agreed to this. They have ended up taking 42%!!!!! Please do not use them, do it yourself, or find a cheaper compny. Good luck.”

“Absolutely appalling what they take off you, please go with someone else if your going for ppi, I didnt realise because I'd had a really traumatic year and didnt read it right, out off 2,800 they took 1300, nearly half, all they do is ask you to sign stuff you've already signed over and over again, ridiculous the money they take off your settlement”
“I do not normally complete these reviews but in this occasion I felt I needed to. Claim Eazy repeatedly “ lost “ any forms I returned to them. Their claim that you do not need to do anything is simply not true and I was reluctant to commence one of these claims from the onset but was persuaded otherwise.
Their communication became almost harassment and despite asking them to cancel the claim, this fell on deaf ears. I suffered emails, telephone calls and written communication. I was asked to pay money even though I had not received my compensation, which was minimal.
The communication and harassment has now started up again when I thought I was free. I am an intelligent adult and by no means vulnerable but still I can’t shake them off.

“Robbing fools. I was always told 20% was what theh took but due to a technicality they are taking 35%. It took over a year for a claim. They dont keep in touch with you as to what's going off and they speak to you like poo on the phone. AVOID”
“Claim for mis-sold PPI claim came through. I have yet to receive the cheque from Santander as they need proof of my address. I was told over the phone by Claimeazy that I now owe them £50.04. I am receiving from Santander the sum of £125.84. When I can access their website (the server say the link to them has failed) they state their commission as 20%. I emailed Claimeazy with my issues and have not had a reply. I did on facebook however saying their fee is 35%. If I pay them the higher figure, I would be a mere £60 better off. Hardly worth bothering with and I wish I had gone with another Company that doesn't rip you off (or try to). NOT HAPPY - disgraceful.”
