I wish I had read the reviews before I claimed This company is absolutely despicable I put in a claim and received the grand total of just over £100 I had said to take what they owed and send me the remainder this was months ago then I receive a letter asking for £47.93 we are now in lockdown I am self employed not working which I explained but still I’ve received threatening letters in this time of stress and when banks are giving mortgage holidays and free overdrafts they are threatening me with debt recovery for £47.93 absolutely disgusting I’ve sent a cheque last week but in the meantime had a phone call an e mail and today another threatening letter totally shameful company who need exposing for there bad practices
