“I wish I had read these reviews before I dealt with so called Company. They sent a high court sherif to my house after hounding me for years, I had to pay £2,400 to stop him impounding my car. They hounded me so much I stopped replying or reading the letters and this is what happened to me . Please save yourself some heartache and AVOID this form like the plague.!!!🥵”
“Horrible company, avoid like the plague, they made out to my elderly mother that there were no fees and said they were clydesdale claims... she spoke with them then I dealt with the claim direct with the bank... they still wanted stupid money for fees... and after refusing to pay, they have taken her to court and stopped her selling her house or anything for 5 years... which is disgusting to be doing to people! She was completely unaware of them taking her to court until she recieved her schedule of inhibition, and this has rocked her world! If she dies or has to go into a home, we have to get permission to sell the house or whatever... its ridiculous for blown up Fees that arnt even due... of course I tried to speak with them but they still demanded bullied and harassed her for the money..... avoid at all costs and simply do it yourself... wish I saw these reviews a few months ago.... I could used these in court had we knew about that too :(”
“My advice to anyone leave well alone
My advice to anyone leave well alone! After filling in numerous forms to begin with then the amount time it actually took to get any money back its not worth it all the grief and hassle as they do not leave you alone! I got back £76.00 on my claim and they wanted back £33.00 on that which is almost HALF, It was paid just to get rid of them was sick of the emails, letters I kept receiving from them. And they still claim I owe the £33.00 despite it being paid by another family member on my behalf some months ago, now we begin today with the legal action. They still are looking into another claim on my behalf they can keep it I am not interested and I have told as much which their reply was I will be still liable for charges. I dont think so. They are not getting another penny out of me.”
“Used a few times and yes payment is high but it’s money I wouldn’t have got.Today they chasing me for payment from 30 month ago when I received a cheque direct from a company and stupidly thought payment had already been took so now owe 500 pound”
“Should be minus 10 stars not worthy of the 1 I had to give to write review. Terrible company. Kept asking for more information time and time again. Eventually filled in forms sent by the financial company who owed me PPI dealt with them direct got compensation and Claimeazy still want their percentage. Sending threatening letters to get their money. Do not use them.”
“I would give no stars if I could. They hound you with phone calls asking for the same information time and again and bombard you by post for the same information! I've lost count of the number of times I've given them my details. They've completed one claim and after their fees and tax, I got £10 more than they did. AVOID!”

“I expected to pay 35% cap which means it’s not .i also have been told the tax paid has to be added onto fee.This makes it 42% .The key word is cap which means top.nothing can get through but vats slipped through + other hidden costs.I have been with claim easy for number years.I started with 24% .but seemingly I agreed to pay them more...??I have not the same company I first dealt with treat customers that s what we are like rubbish.a”

What I don’t get is how come 5 years after claiming my pay outback you get in touch yesterday to tell me I owe you over 900 pounds!!!! How the hell can you ask for that after all this time.
