I expected to pay 35% cap which means it’s not .i also have been told the tax paid has to be added onto fee.This makes it 42% .The key word is cap which means top.nothing can get through but vats slipped through + other hidden costs.I have been with claim easy for number years.I started with 24% .but seemingly I agreed to pay them more...??I have not the same company I first dealt with treat customers that s what we are like rubbish.a
