Very bad customer service - was sold an item I thought was faulty/pre-used as it was weak and wasn’t what it should’ve been. Customer services shut me down, basically accused me of making up a problem and wasn’t even willing to ask questions (such as batch number) or investigate the problem at all. They should’ve been concerned that a customer wasn’t happy and listened to their concerns and tried to rectify the situation. They also ignored a request for contact info they had for the manufacturer of the product I purchase from them. Really let down. I was told they “wouldn’t accept” my claim; proof they weren’t interested in trying to understand or help. Avoid this seller.
