This is the worst travel agent I have ever dealt with. Their customer service skills were Zero. I had to keep calling and leaving messages for days, just to try to get my travel documents after I had paid in full.
Do yourself a favour, find a professional, ethical travel agent and steer clear of Classic Holidays
