Order a drum magazine and opted for a lifetime warranty at additional cost because of previous bad experience with the mag. Received the mag promptly.....only to find the product manufacturer gives a lifetime magazine guarantee....stated on the package. I requested the additional money I paid be refunded. They agreed to send within 2-3 days...39 days ago!!
Customer service is not a term they understand!!!!!
