Sorry to hear about all the problems. I've bought 3 rifles in the past 7 months...and a panzer AR12 shotgun. Everything arrived timely and in good shape. Just realizing the shotgun has a problem and have just reached out to them and it's likely a manufacturer problem not theirs. Hopefully more of you get the service I got in the future.
