I made my most recent purchase partially with a store credit. I made a previous purchase of a used firearm which arrived in a much worse condition than advertised. I accepted the transfer and contacted CF, explaining the issues. Even though I had accepted the transfer, CF politely applied a substantial store credit to my account. Despite the fact the item slipped through the cracks in regard to condition, and I had accepted the transfer, CF did the honorable thing and made me whole. I know now CF is a business with which I can confidently do repeat business. Also I can willingly speak to all who will listen about their integrity.
