I was unable to log in with my existing account and submitted a request for a password reset. The email response contained a dead link, so I sent a request to have the link issue repaired. I was never contacted back with any solution to the password problem, but was sent a request to review the solution I never got.
Tired of waiting, I just created an new account but my card was denied. (perfect credit) I was finally able to purchase with another card. I just needed support to get into my existing account! Is someone on vacation? I've always had excellent service in the past.
