Following an order by letter, which the Post Office lost, Phil dealt with the problem quickly and in a nice friendly way.
My subsequent repeat order - via the website this time, arrived in a blistering 1 day from placing the order. That is what I call service.
I will certainly use Classic Movie Store again.
