I ordered refrigerator filters using their software. When they came, they were incorrect, even though I had ordered from them before and everything was okay. I paid to send the incorrect filters back, but Clatterans denied ever having received them, kept putting me off by telling me they had to look in their warehouse, and otherwise refusing to fix their mistake. Bottom line, I am out nearly $100 and keep getting put-offs from them. Order from someone else.
