“I ordered refrigerator filters using their software. When they came, they were incorrect, even though I had ordered from them before and everything was okay. I paid to send the incorrect filters back, but Clatterans denied ever having received them, kept putting me off by telling me they had to look in their warehouse, and otherwise refusing to fix their mistake. Bottom line, I am out nearly $100 and keep getting put-offs from them. Order from someone else.”
“All of the negative reviews are spot on. I only wish I had read these before ordering. They only post positive reviews on their site. I attempted to cancel within minutes of ordering and they said item had shipped. According to USPS, at that time item had not been received for shipping. They refuse to cancel and say to return upon delivery. Based on other reviews, how can they be trusted to refund even upon return. Credit card charge came from company in Hong Kong. Save yourself the headache and do not give this company your business. Clatterans, dont bother asking for my order number since you dont plan on fixing this issue based on my numerous emails with your customer service robots.”
“I ordered RF11 they sent CL RF11, not the kind I requested. When the water started running from the dispenser black stuff came out of the filter at first. So I read the box, and it says let the water from the dispenser run for 5 minutes. CL RF 11 is lighter than the RF 11. I do not know why. It fits so I used it so as not to go through the hassle of returning it.”

“I would give a negative, meaning NO star, if it were possible. There is no way to connect with a customer rep when I called back to get a refund on my order due to the fact that the quality of my filters is VERY POOR. It was almost $150 total! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT FROM MY EXPERIENCE. Also, when I was having website problems when I was ordering initially, I called the rep and he was very rude and was almost yelling at me. I should have taken the cue then not to do business with these people. Sometimes going cheaper isn't always better.”

“Ordered a 3 pack of replacements for my Kenmore Elite fridge. It arrived 6 days later via free Fedex. Have not used them yet so I can't comment on the quality of the product; however I was surprised by the $1.79 (4.65%) charge from Visa for a foreign transaction. Catterans advertises that they ship from the US but I suspect it is a Chinese business. Bet you can't find any mention of a currency translation fee on the Catterans site. For full disclosure they should mention this at checkout.”

I ordered filters for my refrigerator from Clatterans about two months ago and they sent me the wrong filters. I copied the model number off the old filter when I submitted the order but they insisted I ordered the wrong filter and refused to provide return shipping. I returned the filters several weeks ago and I paid for the return shipping. They keep sending me emails requesting more ridiculous information regarding the model of my refrigerator etc. They have the filters and I am simply requesting a refund. As of this writing they have not refunded my money and keep trying to sell me more filters. Apparently this is a Chinese based outfit because their emails are unintelligible. This is a fly by night operation that should be avoided at all costs. I went on EBAY and bought the filters for half the price they were charging.”
“Works well, easy to install and a reasonable price. This is my third purchase of this filter 9030 and I'm quite happy with the product. I haven't noticed any bad smells or off flavors from the water passed through this filter although we have pretty good water quality here in the Pacific Northwest straight from the tap.Erica A Counts”
“At first I really wasn't sure what to expect I figured if I was lucky it might work as good as a Britta which is better than nothing but within a few months of hooking it up I realized how great it is my water taste so good now we use city water which tends to smell like a public pool and you would never know.”
