I would give a negative, meaning NO star, if it were possible. There is no way to connect with a customer rep when I called back to get a refund on my order due to the fact that the quality of my filters is VERY POOR. It was almost $150 total! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL REGRET IT FROM MY EXPERIENCE. Also, when I was having website problems when I was ordering initially, I called the rep and he was very rude and was almost yelling at me. I should have taken the cue then not to do business with these people. Sometimes going cheaper isn't always better.
