I ordered RF11 they sent CL RF11, not the kind I requested. When the water started running from the dispenser black stuff came out of the filter at first. So I read the box, and it says let the water from the dispenser run for 5 minutes. CL RF 11 is lighter than the RF 11. I do not know why. It fits so I used it so as not to go through the hassle of returning it.
