I have dealt with Anastasija (regarding bookings, changes, etc.) and Lina (for cleaning) and both have been excellent, very understanding and great service - both cleaning and customer service.
Lina is very diligent and thorough and leaves the flat spotless each time. Very satisfied with the cleaning.
Well worth the reliable service. Zero complaints.
