Purchased a nilfisk power washer which was faulty after sending photographs receipts and troubleshooting clean store said they’d pick up the faulty machine. Then I received a short email stating they don’t pick up from Northern Ireland and advice me to have it fixed under warranty at a store 65 miles away. They are now ignoring my calls and emails. I mean if they sell and deliver to Northern Ireland why not pick up there!
