“Hello, I bought a Sunflame Automatic Household Electric Juicer by paying 1599 Rs. I was out of station. I have checked this now. There is also no charger inside. I am unable to charge this with Mobile chargers.You have no exchange and return/refund policy. You should actually accept return and refund my money .
My whole money is wasted on a very sub standard product. This looked like a toy costing not more than 200 Rs. Worst experience with this store.

“I ordered an AVA pressure washer on sale. Payment was taken. I then received an email saying that I failed a security check and will be getting a refund. The offer I bought was also taken down from the website and the bundle was relisted for full price. They basically put £300 of my money in limbo for a week and lied about it to save a few quid. Very shady business.”

If you have a problem with a purchase made it’s impossible to get any help from anyone in this company. They have absolutely no respect or appreciation for their customer’s. “Cleanstore accept no responsibility for extremely poor customer services, after receiving the wrong product I was told I must wait for them to collect and get it back before rectifying there mistake, (as if I had given them a reason not to trust “ME”)
this would add 6 days to my delivery, after pointing out to the young lady that this was terrible customer services I asked to speak to a manager because I felt bad for her and actually apologised for being disgruntled. The manager dodged my callback request and instead had the young lady promise me that if I could wait in the next day they would swap the device around. So the following day 14:00 arrived and I couldn’t help but call to see if everything was ok fortunately it was the same lady and she already knew what I was going to ask, I received a call back a little over an hour later to be told the swap would not be taking place for another 3 days!? Needless to say I was fuming and asked to speak again to the manager. This was when I realised there was no hope, he was sickly sweet polite and condescending while pointing out that my refund would only be processed when they received the product back. He agreed I should purchase the product elsewhere and receive a delivery the following day. Moral of the story, Cleanstore don’t give two s£i!s and a #%€$ about anything that happens within there business and the customer is most certainly wrong unless he asks if he would be better off trusting a different company. Don’t waste your time or energy buy from a reputable dealer.”
“Awful, fob any issues with products off on the manufacturer. Send out wrong items to that on the website, useless at arranging return collections. Glorified middleman selling for the manufacturer - very badly may I add. They need to learn a customers bought from them and blaming the manufacturer for the poor logistics and communications at the company isn’t acceptable.”

Money was taken promptly, but no information on delivery. I contacted them through chat and after a lot of delayed responses, I was told that the product was on back-order. Classic misinformation tactic. Now, my card has been charged and most people will not go through the hassle of waiting on this to be reversed while they spend another few hundred on an alternate seller!! How does Cleanstore get away with these positive reviews? I see now that another person has left exactly this same feedback. No response from Cleanstore either, I see! This is the kind of company that would misinform its customers and respond only to good reviews. So, while I pay for my mistake in dealing with them - if you are researching this company to buy from them, I would suggest that you do not! Save your time.”
