Absolutely awful. Sent one person to collect a four seater sofa and chair. The team member was at a loss at what to do, I ended up having to call my husband home from work to assist.
Then upon contacting the Helpline was faced with some of the worst customer service experience I’ve ever received from ‘Ben’. He was sarcastic, no empathy, unhelpful and rude.
Was recommended to use via DFS.
