I organised a sofa removal for my blind brother. When the removal team took it out they broke several things in his flat and communal area (intercom, lights, plaster etc). They then lied to him that they had done this when he asked what the noise was as they knew he couldn’t see what they had done.
I have requested an immediate call back three times but it never comes. I have also emailed but again no response. I now have to go through small claims to get the money back for repairs.
Do not use the company, they are incompetent and untrustworthy.
