Took them 5 WEEKS to sort out a Change of Tenancy.When I contacted them they didn't know anything about the email I sent them although I'd received 2 automated responses saying they'd received it.Not a good start.However when they did sort it out CHLOE who phoned me was very easy to deal with and nice to talk to.All's well that ends well I suppose.
