I had ordered my daughter's glasses to be made on 24/09/2024. The representative there told me to deliver the glasses on 28/09/2024 but till now I have not received the glasses. I have visited their shop 3 times. There is no reply from their side, they do not make phone calls, my experience has been very bad, I would request someone to get glasses made from them, they only make owls which is their logo.
