Hello I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service and product I received from your Lal Kuan, Ghaziabad store. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I feel compelled to bring the following issues to your attention: I was given false commitments regarding the expected delivery date of my order. The product delivered was not appropriate and did not meet the specifications discussed at the time of purchase. The frame provided appeared to be used—the print was faded and it looked old. There was no communication or follow-up from the store personnel regarding order status. Even after sending the product back for replacement, I was again misled with false delivery promises. The staff member at the store was dismissive and clearly showed no interest in resolving my concerns. He even said, "You can give reviews to anyone about me," which was both unprofessional and upsetting. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. I trusted your brand based on your reputation, but sadly, my experience says otherwise. Frankly, I would have received better service from a local vendor.
