Terrible service. TSA Pre check is faster. Almost every time I use clear the TSA Precheck line goes faster. Clear asks me for my ID even though the scanner identifies me. They say Oh it’s just a random check. Well that random check takes longer that just giving TSA Precheck the same ID. It’s not a service I’ll renew and if I could I’d get a refund. The Clear agents seem overwhelmed or poorly trained. Don’t waste your money and respect your time.
