We used CLEAR again at SLC airport last week- on a Monday (non-holiday). The CLEAR staffer told us, “You should go through the regular line (TSA), it’s faster than this one.
This is very frustrating- to have paid for this and to be told by actual CLEAR staff that the CLEAR process is slower than the non-CLEAR process.
We were incredibly frustrated. So far we’ve been directed ‘OUT’ of the CLEAR line two times out of four (only at LBG airport (small airport) did CLEAR work for us.
