I paid $200 for "CLEAR" the last time I flew (from Ohio to Florida), and it was an amazing experience. I felt like a VIP, breezing through security straight to the gate. However, today when we flew out of Orlando, it was the complete opposite. The "CLEAR" experience was incredibly disappointing. All it did was move us from one line to another, then into the cattle roping area for at least 30 minutes. We still had to do everything everyone else did—take off our shoes, belts, etc. Meanwhile, the others didn’t pay $200 for that privilege; it was free for them. I will not be renewing my subscription, and they even tried to charge us another $200 for a renewal. When I asked the attendant a couple of questions, all he could say was that he didn’t know and I’d have to call the number listed. "CLEAR" is now out $400.
