I am on a family plan with my husband and I renewed with my husband‘s plan. At least we thought we were and the agent charged our card $209. He was good to go. I was not good to go in order for me to get through security for clear they had to charge me $209 when I was already on the family plan and we renewed as a family Now we were coming home and they couldn’t even find my information. It was supposed to be a free trial my information is not in the system. They keep saying it’s under the family plan, but they can’t find it there. So yeah, this is not very good. CUSTOMER SERVICE we will not be renewing at all.
