This company is a scam.
I would genuinely recommend anyone looking for a removalist to avoid using this Click Moves.
I have since heard the same thing from others who have used their service.
I agreed and paid for the service and then the company lost my belongings. They were eventually returned to the company and I was forced to pay extra. Since they hold your belongings "hostage" you have no choice but to pay whatever the company asks.
There are definitely cheaper and more professional companies to use than Click Moves.
