“We have had quote a few great experiences with removalists. I guess we got lucky. Until we worked with Click Moves. By far the worst experience we have ever had. Absolutely terrible service. Delays, lack of communication, overcharging, damage to our items. You name it. Click Moves is absolutely the worst company to work with, definitely do NOT recommend.”

“This company is a scam. I would genuinely recommend anyone looking for a removalist to avoid using this Click Moves. I have since heard the same thing from others who have used their service. I agreed and paid for the service and then the company lost my belongings. They were eventually returned to the company and I was forced to pay extra. Since they hold your belongings "hostage" you have no choice but to pay whatever the company asks. There are definitely cheaper and more professional companies to use than Click Moves.”

“VERY DISAPPOINTED. You will be lured in with weekend and 7:00 AM replies to your emails, all your questions will be answered. Their pre-sales is very good but as soon as you pay them and all your positions have been collected.. you will hear NOTHING. No replies to your emails, or response to your phone calls. All the after sales support promised i.e. where are my belongings, when will they arrive, what time will they arrive... you won't receive any of this. I strongly recommend you avoid ClickMoves and Matt Burden, Madhuri Thakur and Nick etc.. There are other options, maybe slightly more expensive but when you have your life packed into boxes and give everything to some stranger and pay a lot of money.. it's worth paying for that confidence. Also, the drivers they use are just handyman type man-in-a-van. All your items are pilled in, with no care or wrapping, or padding.. ropes to keep them secure. Many of our items were scratched, dented, boxes bashed/ripped. Just AVOID ClickMoves and don't make moving any more stressful than it already is. You have been warned !”

“Our move with Click Moves from London to Stockholm was easy and straight forward. It was easy for him to assess how much we needed to move with a video call and we received boxes for moving shortly afterwards. We did have some water damage to two of the boxes, but Matt was kind enough to reimburse us for the damaged books. Overall I would recommend.”

“Terrible service. Matt (The CEO) was very nice till we sent him the money, once he got the money he was almost impossible to reach and rude. Our Experience with ClickMoves: #Hard to reach after they got the money #Arrived late to collect our stuff #A day after they collected our stuff they contacted us saying that the load was too heavy and that they would need to use 2 vans instead of one (which would almost double the initial quote) #Our stuff (1st van) arrived 2 days after arranged date and the 2nd Van arrived a week later. #No updates on when delivery would happen (the driver just knocked our door one morning without notice) #No apologies whatsoever from the company #Didnt not even contact us to see if everything went well Conclusion: DO not use those guys Just terrible on the bright note, the drivers were very nice”
