“From the moment I got in touch with Matt, nothing was too much trouble. He kept me up to date with everything, super helpful, friendly and professional and understood all of my complex requirements! “Deciding which shipping company to use to move my furniture and personal items from Canada to the UK was initially, and understandably, quite stressful. I weighed up the reviews and the quotations I received and eventually chose ClickMoves. From the first interaction with Matt to the completion of the process I cannot emphasize my satisfaction with ClickMoves. Matt answered my emails immediately and walked me through every step of the process. From the guys in Canada who came and meticulously packed and took my items to the shipping agent in the UK who arranged customs clearance and the delivery team who brought the goods to my UK door step - everyone Matt arranged performed their part efficiently and expertly. I cannot emphasize how happy I am that I chose ClickMoves and if reading this you are still in that scary space of indecision, I strongly suggest you contact Matt and let him make what could be a stressful process completely stress free. Thank you Matt and thanks to all the teams that worked with you.”

“We have had quote a few great experiences with removalists. I guess we got lucky. Until we worked with Click Moves. By far the worst experience we have ever had. Absolutely terrible service. Delays, lack of communication, overcharging, damage to our items. You name it. Click Moves is absolutely the worst company to work with, definitely do NOT recommend.”

“This company is a scam. I would genuinely recommend anyone looking for a removalist to avoid using this Click Moves. I have since heard the same thing from others who have used their service. I agreed and paid for the service and then the company lost my belongings. They were eventually returned to the company and I was forced to pay extra. Since they hold your belongings "hostage" you have no choice but to pay whatever the company asks. There are definitely cheaper and more professional companies to use than Click Moves.”

“VERY DISAPPOINTED. You will be lured in with weekend and 7:00 AM replies to your emails, all your questions will be answered. Their pre-sales is very good but as soon as you pay them and all your positions have been collected.. you will hear NOTHING. No replies to your emails, or response to your phone calls. All the after sales support promised i.e. where are my belongings, when will they arrive, what time will they arrive... you won't receive any of this. I strongly recommend you avoid ClickMoves and Matt Burden, Madhuri Thakur and Nick etc.. There are other options, maybe slightly more expensive but when you have your life packed into boxes and give everything to some stranger and pay a lot of money.. it's worth paying for that confidence. Also, the drivers they use are just handyman type man-in-a-van. All your items are pilled in, with no care or wrapping, or padding.. ropes to keep them secure. Many of our items were scratched, dented, boxes bashed/ripped. Just AVOID ClickMoves and don't make moving any more stressful than it already is. You have been warned !”

“Our move with Click Moves from London to Stockholm was easy and straight forward. It was easy for him to assess how much we needed to move with a video call and we received boxes for moving shortly afterwards. We did have some water damage to two of the boxes, but Matt was kind enough to reimburse us for the damaged books. Overall I would recommend.”
