Good collection service, good communication, friendly driver. I’d like more information on how the clothing is used and how the charities benefit, for example how are the items sold on and how much gets recycled through textile recycling? Does anything end up in landfill? Are the workers paid or are they volunteers? Is this a for profit or not for profit business? The website could be a lot more detailed. Some stats and evidence of how the charities benefit would be good!
