Appalling service from Click Mechanic be very carful with these people as they simply wash their hands of any responsibility when things go wrong. You have no recourse through them even though they are taking payment for arranging a mechanic. My mechanic Richard failed to remedy the issue fitted a starter motor when one was not needed and stated that the car was starting ok when it was clearly not. He then failed to answer texts and emails and failed to turn up at appointed time overall a very bad and costly experience and Click Mechanics response is as follow " The mechanics on our network are independent and are not employed by us" would I use click mechanic again ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!
