Car was booked in with ClickMechanic, discovered 48 hours before he was due that I had a year’s R.A.C cover free of charge. Sent them a message to cancel my appointment with no response. I then sent the same message again, and even with the Mechanic Sean, saying I would like to cancel, and on this occasion they then replied saying I am canceling with less than 24 hours notice and will be charged £20, how ironic.
