They claim the mechanics they promote are reliable and fully vetted yet seem to facilitate total con men. The mechanic that was supposed to work on my car claimed he turned up but I wasn’t in and therefore I was charged a cancellation fee. Meanwhile I was at home waiting for my mechanic who never turned up. ClickMechanic took this so called mechanics word over mine and charged me a cancellation fee. Avoid this service, they have no idea of the reliability of mechanics they hand out the jobs to.
