Booked in with one of their mechanics and agreed a price. On the day of collection the mechanic called me to say the quote needs to be reassessed and I a unable to cancel. This felt dishonest and I tried getting support from Click Mechanic, only to be told that the mechanic was in the right. Click Mechanic are happy for their mechanics to change prices on the day, and instead of the £1k I was quoted, I was told this would double. Naturally, I cancelled the job and was still charged £40 for a cancellation fee. I might dispute this through Trading Standards, but really, it's cost me £40 to save £2k. I would just avoid this company and their affiliates.
