I had recently ordered some things online and decided to collected at the store instead of having it delivered. The store i collected from was the clicks Chatsworth Branch and i must say the service received from the Chatsworth store was amazing. My first visit when collecting my items i had not went in with a trolley, but the awesome manager had gotten 1 for me and checked my products with me and their after assisted me out the store. On my second visit, i had gone there to exchange one of the products and the staff was very helpful, they did the exchange without any hassles and i didn't have to follow the que after selecting the correct item that i had wanted. So thumbs up to Clicks Chatsworth, keep up the amazing service.
