Bought 3 for 2 online. If you put the 2 items in your bag you would think their system should autimatically know to add the third as the special is advertised wide. But they only sent me 2 items and when I reported it and told them that I only bought 2 items BECAUSE of the special, they just said sorry, I should have put 3 in my basket myself. I do not think this is honest work from their side.

Bought a bedside clock radio from Clicks Comaro Crossing. 2 months and radio goes dead. Changed the plug and still did not work. Clicks refuse to exchange because they say that I interfered with the product by changing the plug. Was told on "terms and conditions" on my slip. There is nothing on the back of my slip.

Trying to get Clicks to correct a wrong online order is like pulling teeth. They don’t talk internally to one another and you have to keep chasing them up. They have no idea of what good Customer Service is about..!!

Every time I deal with anyone at Clicks Rynfield Square it’s seems like they are doing you a huge favor… pharmacists drag their feet while serving you. No one ever answers any of there telephone lines , rings forever. Month after month I try get medication delivered but it’s a damn joke

Clicks Claremont Montclare. Unpleasant shopping experience today 19/05/2025. Manager and staff having a loud argument between themselves while only one teller serving clients, took so long to pay and the shouting female staff member… left my goods and left the store.

Clicks advertise promotions on certain lines for a period but when logging into the online platform again the promotion is no longer applicable. Clicks use to run promotions for special events like mothers day, women's day, valentines day ect but the items on promotion is so limited and hardly discounted at all. A person spend so much money but the club card rewards does not reflect at all or it is just so low one can hardly tell if you even recei8any clubcard points as the reward cashback is so little. All and all just not what it use to be.

Have been to Clicks at Glengarry and Cape Gate and extremely disappointed with the long wait at the dispensery. A half hour wait or more to get a repeat of a script. Why can't management employ more staff at peak times -evenings. Thinking of taking my services else where. I am a Pensioner and receive chronic meds each month and lately also a cancer patient. With all the meds I have been buying at Clicks this past year I seldom have a good experience. 😩

Last week Sunday I went to Clicks Quaggasrand Pretoria west I never felt so small the cashier who helped she was full of herself with this bad attitude, I asked her about 3 for 2 special for kiddie's mini production if the kiddies foam bath is included ,she didn’t even answer me she just went to pick up that pricing paper and showed me with that look of “read here you fool.” So I asked her who should I ask if I’m not sure about the product if not you she said “I don’t know “Fortunately enough for her I forget her name.

I would like to thank Sipho at Kwagga Mall( Empumalanga) for the excellent customer service. I needed to buy S26 Gold but I didn’t find it on the shelf, as I was paying the item he was friendly, easy to communicate with and I told him I needed the S26 Gold but I couldn’t find it on the shelf he said” can you please wait for me here I am going to check it at the store room”. He came back with it and I also paid. We really need staff members like Him ⭐️⭐️

The pharmacy they do not answer my call the order the medicine and they asked me to phone 3 days ahead so that they can order it, and every month my my packed medicine is not the ready they send me a sms, but then it is half way done. Clicks Cape Gate is a pharmacy where you stand quite a long time in the queue

I have never felt so degraded in my life like I did on Monday 03.03.2025 early afternoon when visiting your Springs Mall Clickspharmacy to collect my monthly script. An assistant by the name Phakamani Ngwane lacks respect for people’s (MY) privacy. The way i was treated left me feeling disrespected. In medical and pharmacy settings, confidentiality and customer service are crucial. I tried to let this go but till today on a Wednesday night feel frustrated that as a customer my expectations weren’t met. After giving him my collection slip, he went on to ask what am I there to collect, mind you at his highest tone. Is that how things are done at your store? What I know is that once a patient/customer has provided proof of identity an assistant checks on their records and confirms. But not Mr Ngwane, I’m not sure whether he was trying to put on a show or what, even a customer on the next cubicle was shocked that is it allowed for them to ask what one is there to collect instead of checking. I have experience is this industry and people like him don’t deserve to serve our people. People collect chronic/private meds and expect to be treated with dignity. Never judge others by how they look at a particular time. If I was a different race he wouldn’t have dared. Take him for training as he lacks manners and needs to tone down his attitude when dealing with people.

I would like to thank Sarah from clicks leaping frog for her amazing customer service .Went in not knowing what I really needed for my skin but she guided me all the way and left with 7 products that am really happy with .What a bubbly lady very knowledgeable on products and her customer service is exceptional .

I see the product I need is online available. My problem is: why should I pay to get an online order deliver at the store if the store is probably negligent in the first place to ensure the stock is on the shelves??

Well I had the pleasure to be assisted by a Young enthusiastic gentleman Millicent Molakeng and Stella Whitby I was checking out and the interaction and customer experience from these two individuals was phenomenal,very deamor very mindful,I was so surprised that even the cleaning lady stopped to help me with the vitamins I needed she called Stella on my behalf to ensure I had what I wanted this was the clicks in Pinecrest center in pinetown,clicks corporate please recognize these individuals how they represent the brand clicks is well deserving of a corporate star ⭐
