“When you enter they mo the floor that shouldve been done the morning. The make up is old, the stock starts cracking, tester stickers yellow, also never have stock, dont replace new stock. No hamd sanitizer wipes but the empty bin, pharmacists wear soccer shirts, and always 1 till open even if que is 20 people. POOR MANAGEMENT. Avoid this clicks! Worst ever”

“I purchased an electric can opener that was on special. They told me its not available and refunded me. It eas still available on the website a wk later so I repurchased it. To be told again that it's not available. I contacted the call centre and they told me that if I still wanted it they would get it for me. They then said that they don't have it. Up until today the thing is still available on line and in the stores so I don't understand this.... terribly frustrating. Consultants not consistent with their stories and also false advertising because they are still advertising the product. You go through the whole process of purchasing when it comes time to deliver they tell you its not available. Bad customer service. Disgruntled customer👎”

“I do not know how the points work to get discounted prices. When i arrive at the till, the lady says that one doesnt get any discounts before 23rd of the month. She herself was unsure. I requested a pamphlet to explain the info...and lo and behold...she didnt have any! Whats the point of having a card.”

“The service at Clicks Ngebs Mall dispensary is soo poor more so on the prescription side. This has been going on so time now and is nto improving. Waiting for more than 30min in a que with 5 patients is a norm”

“Do not buy the Safeway Brand at Clicks. Bought an electric blanket from Clicks. Q size fitted for R1300 expecting it to last at least a year. The one switch control broke after the first month of use. Terrible disappointed at a lot of money wasted.”

“Clicks in Musina/Messina have the best pharmacists. I would like to mention Raymond and Wisani who are so helpful, professional at all times. I receive a call to make sure if my prescripts must be packed and also ask if I need anything else. Whilst I was working in Mozambique I could contact Raymond at anytime to arrange for my meds or anything else I needed at Clicks to be collected by somebody else. They are real gems. Thank you for your excellence service.”

“I am asthmatic and have a history of chest infections. I have a repeat script for Pulmicort and Duolin vials. I went to get 20 more of each today as I am experiencing a serious bout of bronchial asthma and was told by the pharmacist that Discovery will not allow them to be given to me. They will only release them on 2 July. What am I supposed to do between then and now? I need the meds to breathe. I have never heard such nonsense before. I said I would pay cash for 20 of each, but was categorically denied my meds. I suppose I shall be forced to go to the ER if my breathing worsens tonight. The script says to use them as needed. I have had this condition for many years and have always used the vials responsibly. I am absolutely flabbergasted!”

“Bought 3 for 2 online. If you put the 2 items in your bag you would think their system should autimatically know to add the third as the special is advertised wide. But they only sent me 2 items and when I reported it and told them that I only bought 2 items BECAUSE of the special, they just said sorry, I should have put 3 in my basket myself. I do not think this is honest work from their side.”

“Bought a bedside clock radio from Clicks Comaro Crossing. 2 months and radio goes dead. Changed the plug and still did not work. Clicks refuse to exchange because they say that I interfered with the product by changing the plug. Was told on "terms and conditions" on my slip. There is nothing on the back of my slip.”

“Trying to get Clicks to correct a wrong online order is like pulling teeth. They don’t talk internally to one another and you have to keep chasing them up. They have no idea of what good Customer Service is about..!!”

“Every time I deal with anyone at Clicks Rynfield Square it’s seems like they are doing you a huge favor… pharmacists drag their feet while serving you. No one ever answers any of there telephone lines , rings forever. Month after month I try get medication delivered but it’s a damn joke”

“Clicks advertise promotions on certain lines for a period but when logging into the online platform again the promotion is no longer applicable. Clicks use to run promotions for special events like mothers day, women's day, valentines day ect but the items on promotion is so limited and hardly discounted at all. A person spend so much money but the club card rewards does not reflect at all or it is just so low one can hardly tell if you even recei8any clubcard points as the reward cashback is so little. All and all just not what it use to be.”
