I received my order very late, it was a mess, cleaning chemicals were packed in one box with my baby’s food . Worst part I had to call the store because I didn’t receive the SMS with the OTP . I’m so disappointed, after all these years of being a customer 🚮

I just selected 1 star in order to write this review, however a minus ratingvwill still be to high. When I wanted to use my club points, I was told that my club cash back points of over R 400 was used, at Clicks Greenstone & I don't even stay close to that mall. How can someone use my points with out a card of which is in my possession. I have called head office and they said that they can't help me, as it was used and it is not their problem Then when I want to log in to my clicks app, as my last purchase on my slip said I have R 160 in, my account has been blocked. Clicks Management. Your staff is a bunch of thiefs and you sit with a great syndicate of stealing your customers points and I surely believe that I am not the only customer who is complaining. I will not make use of you anymore. Dischem will get a new customer

I did an online order and upon delivery the couriers could not get intouch with the person who was supposed to recieve the parcel.After a few attempts to deliver the couriers sent the package back to Clicks SA.I was given three options to choose and upon chooosing re-order a Clicks consultant helped me to re-order and i am glad to say my order was delivered the next day to the delivery address,i am impressed with Clicks online service and i will use it again and again

I ordered a case board well over a month ago and have not heard a thing. I have made two inquiries and it was impossible to get a reply. Poor poor website. Even worse customer service. I wouldn’t trust Clicks enough to place an order

Hi thank you for the best service I received from Clicks West gate today. I was assisted by by Zandile Mopedi the lady greeted me with a warm smile and gave me an excellent service. My situation was a little tricky but when I explained to her she understood and did not hesitate she picked up a phone and started to make calls to Kwena clicks because that's were I bought the insulin for this month so she couldnt load the new script on the system then she called my medical aid and they made her to hold for a while she was very patient with them and she kept on checking on me and assuring that she will help me. I must not worry. I was so stress cause I was not sure if I will get the insulin. She's very good with people. She resolve my issue and she showed confident in what she does and willing to take any challenge coming her way.She is very professional and flexible. I must say my needs were met. I had a great experience.Best service ever thank you👏👏👏

I requested medication for delivery using my Clicks mobile app. The assistant from Clicks Southgate, Esther was extremely efficient, helpful and diligent throughout the whole process. I was unable to collect the medication in person and Clicks made everything easier for me. Thanks to Philip as well, the gentleman who delivered my medication. Well done Clicks, Southgate, your staff are great. Please acknowledge them via this review :)

I always buy OH so Heavenly body spray No stress for R35.99. Suddenly only this 1 is R99.99. All the other OH do heavenly body spray is R35.99. When I showed the cashier, she said that is the correct price. It is in Goldfields Mall Welkom and Kroonstad as well. I went to another Clicks store for R35.99. Keep the R99.99 body spray for yourself Clicks.

I'm at clicks menlyn and they don't have testers for Loreal products,how are we supposed to buy make up without testing? This has been going on for 3 years.

Clicks Northcliff Corner. Johannesburg. Thank you to the fabulous Miss Johanna Chauke who helped this gogo do almost all the Christmas shopping in half an hour! She helped me understand the purple sticker 2 for 3 promotion and helped me choose the best options. I will call her my Retail Consultant! Great choices for gifting and massive savings on the total spend. Thanks Johanna and also Alina who advised me on skincare product specials & Lesego at the cash register.

I placed an online order via the Clicks App on November 29th.Worst decision ever. You can message,call,rant on social media and still not receive your order. A message is sent via the app everyday indicating that the order is out for delivery but I haven't received my order to date.Clicks online service is a nightmare!!!!

Good Day Yesterday I went to clicks at Villageview on Van Burren.To buy my face wash ,suppliment and lotions.When I was asked for my clicks card.I mentioned that I dont have the physical card with me but I know the clicks card number off by heart. Upon paying I asked to redeem my points.I was told no because I dont have the physical card.There is no proof that this is my card. I asked why would I bother knowing someon'es card number off by heart?I use this number so often at Engen and Clicks.I asked if I can verify my details by saying the full name ,address ,contact number and email address on the account.I was told no I even confirmed my cash back balance as I had checked it while I was at work before going there. My question now is say my card is lost or stolen and gets picked up by someone.They will be more legible to use it more than me because they holding it physically,but yet I have all the details on it?This DOES NOT MAKE SENSE How is this preventing fraud or scams?This is not bullet proof.I was so annoyed and dissappointed,as I have started that clicks back in 2012. With such changed.Please put a notice with disclaimer somewhere in the store.Please be reasonable if someone is willing to verify details please consider that.

I placed an order on the 9th, on the 15th the status changed to order attempted contact not available, but there was no contact made, I called to enquire, I was told the order has been taken back to the warehouse, I asked which number do they have they told me about a number that's not even mine whereas I wrote the correct number when I made the order. I'm so disappointed, I still haven't received my order. I'm waiting for them to escalate the matter as they suggested but I really wanted to cancel the order. Clicks online isn't for the faint hearted.

I've had a huge problem with my Clicks rewards card as I did not receive my rewarding points for many years. I went to a Clicks branch to complain. I was told that an unknown person claimed my rewards every second month and that I was not the only person linked to that club card. The person helping me issued me with another Clicks club card. However, two months later another person once again shared that club card with me and I have lost my awards. I was extremely unhappy as I spent between R3000 an R5000 monthly at Clicks. I went to Clicks in Sasolburg which is situated in the Sasolburg Boulevard Shopping Centre. I was pleasantly surprise with the help and assistance that I received from Boris. Boris issued me with a new Clicks club card number. He also rewarded me with my last transactions that wasn't claimed yet. Everytime that I entered Clicks, he followed up to ensure that I was still the only person linked to this card number and that my awards are also being linked to the card. He also cancelled all the previous award cards that was linked to my name at the pharmaceutical devision. Boris was so helpful in my journey of frustration during which I did not receive my rewards. Yesterday he checked again to ensure that I am still the only person using that specific card number. He then issued my new Clicks club card and I will be able to use my awards on the 24th of this month. Boris communicated the process and my concerns to the manager and she is also aware of my problem. They supported me in this process. Yesterday, I also forgot my bank card in the store. Boris gave me a call to inform me. I am really excited about the service that I have received from Boris. He was also the reason that I have moved my chronic medicine prescription from another pharmacy to Clicks. Boris is the reason why I am now a very happy customer of Clicks. Boris has demonstrated an extraordinary quality of service to me. His infectious enthusiasm and abilty to maintain a positive attitude even on the face of my challenges expire me to motivate my friends and family to use Clicks as their preferred company for their shopping in future. I want to thank Boris for his consistent excellent service.

Customer service at the Kensington clicks in Durban north has the worst employees who are always messing up your chronic prescription so disappointing every month it's always an issue with them

I am greatly happy with Thapelo Sehlabela service at Nigel branch Angelo Mall. He will always give advice on the product im looking for. My 3 children really loves him because his friendly and always smiles and have a conversation with them. When the product is not on the shelve he will go to the back to check if it there if not he will let me know when it will be available. Keep up with your great job Thapelo Sehlabela 👌
