Bad servise i take my presciption away from them they dont read the emails and when i go to pick it up nothing was done i sit there for over an hour and the telephones not working

Centurion mall clicks Manager (Denise Ringo) ,a white woman who's racist nature is quite apparent! Google reviews seem to have the same view , Clicks pls see to the feedback of clients regarding this terrible, ill-mannered woman who cannot even greet and gives the dirtiest looks I've ever experienced . WE ARE NOW TIRED OF DENISE RINGO !

I've been trying to resolve prescriptions meds since November 2025. No luck "confused" consultants, telephones not answered, even the Regional offices tel.nos don't get answered, lost or untraceable Scripts, lost entries for prescribed meds, multiple client profiles n other problems too numerous to mention.

Making an online purchase is supposed to be more convenient, less hassles and early arrivals (some of the time). Clicks uses Pargo as their courier, my order arrived in two boxes with one parcel code, and no collection codes for either box. It resulted in my bad attitude with the staff, who unfortunately had nothing to do with it. I had to request collection codes, which took more than 15mins on WhatsApp with Pargo virtual people. Will NEVER purchase from them online again. Ever!

l recently made an online purchase totaling R3000.00, which, after a R700 discount, resulted in a payment of R2300. My order was intended to be packaged in two boxes, and I received an SMS confirming its readiness. However, upon arrival at the store, I was informed that only one box was available and they were items missing. My subsequent attempt to resolve this issue with the support center was unsuccessful. Based on this experience, I would advise against online shopping for those seeking a seamless transaction.

The app is a nightmare keeps on telking me to verify otp email then it licks me out. The app is nit user friendly. The worst app ever for me. I cant evn log in or browse things online. Please improve the app

On 7 October I went int Clicks at Strand Square. I purchased my normal monthly vitamins etc at the till the cashier asked if I needed a bag to which I replied, yes. After I paid I waited for my goods to be placed in the bag. The cashier said I never asked for a bag. I said I did and I checked to see I was charged for it. I told him he is an asshole and he responded to say I am a bigger asshole. I reported him to Yolande the manager. Bad news spreads fast. I gave my proof that I paid to Yolande.

It is a nightmare working with the Clicks App. Took forever to get registered, then had to start over, slow, very slow. Not user friendly.

Buying online from Clicks is a nightmare. They always have to be chased down. I bought things on Thursday, I got an email this morning before 7 that my order will be delivered between 11 am & 2 pm but it's almost 5 pm & still nothing. I call customer service & now they casually say no the order is with the courier now if they didn't come today they'll come tommorow. Why wasn't I called & made aware? It's not the 1st time I've had this kind of issue with them, compared to other stores they are the worst.

When you enter they mo the floor that shouldve been done the morning. The make up is old, the stock starts cracking, tester stickers yellow, also never have stock, dont replace new stock. No hamd sanitizer wipes but the empty bin, pharmacists wear soccer shirts, and always 1 till open even if que is 20 people. POOR MANAGEMENT. Avoid this clicks! Worst ever

Do not buy the Safeway Brand at Clicks. Bought an electric blanket from Clicks. Q size fitted for R1300 expecting it to last at least a year. The one switch control broke after the first month of use. Terrible disappointed at a lot of money wasted.

I am asthmatic and have a history of chest infections. I have a repeat script for Pulmicort and Duolin vials. I went to get 20 more of each today as I am experiencing a serious bout of bronchial asthma and was told by the pharmacist that Discovery will not allow them to be given to me. They will only release them on 2 July. What am I supposed to do between then and now? I need the meds to breathe. I have never heard such nonsense before. I said I would pay cash for 20 of each, but was categorically denied my meds. I suppose I shall be forced to go to the ER if my breathing worsens tonight. The script says to use them as needed. I have had this condition for many years and have always used the vials responsibly. I am absolutely flabbergasted!

Bought 3 for 2 online. If you put the 2 items in your bag you would think their system should autimatically know to add the third as the special is advertised wide. But they only sent me 2 items and when I reported it and told them that I only bought 2 items BECAUSE of the special, they just said sorry, I should have put 3 in my basket myself. I do not think this is honest work from their side.

Bought a bedside clock radio from Clicks Comaro Crossing. 2 months and radio goes dead. Changed the plug and still did not work. Clicks refuse to exchange because they say that I interfered with the product by changing the plug. Was told on "terms and conditions" on my slip. There is nothing on the back of my slip.
